Winter is Coming... TONIGHT!

Hail Daenerys Targaryen, Queen of the Dragons!  Long live Ned Stark, Lord of Winterfell!  (No pun intended lol.)

I love these Funko toys.  I have another one but that's for another post.  Hot Topic is having a store-wide BOGO 1/2 off so I picked three Funko toys and a House Stark sigil shirt (wishlist item).  I kind of want to collect all the Game of Thrones toys.  Erm... yeah.

Tonight is The Walking Dead season finale.  I haven't watched that show since before going to the Philippines.  I know, it's a travesty.  But I got so lazy so I decided to just wait until the season is over and do a marathon.  I will do the same for my beloved Spartacus: War of the Damned as heartbreaking as it is because it is on its last season.  ;____;

But what I am most excited about is the return of Game of Thrones for its third season!  Third season means an adaptation of the third book.  OMG, that is my favorite from the ones that I've read so far.  And the most emotional.  I read that they are going to split the 3rd book into two seasons so no tears for now.  Come season 4... aaaah The Red Wedding.  DX

If you haven't watched Game of Thrones, I suggest you start with the first episode of season one.  This is not one of those shows where you can just jump in wherever you want.  And it's not going to be a chore watching this.  Everyone I recommended this show to absolutely loved it.  I personally was a bit late to the bandwagon but I caught up faster than a predator after prey.  Now, I'm obsessed.  I love this more than The Walking Dead, if I were to be frank.  Probably not as much as Criminal Minds but it's definitely in my Top 5 shows. 

I cannot wait to see Jon Snow and Arya and Hodor and all of them again.  Yes, even Catelyn Stark (hate her in the books lol).  HBO at its finest.  I cannot speak enough great things about this show.  Just watch it and see for yourself.
